CAMPERS UPDATE!

I have added campers to join the fun! You will find them in the south part of the map. They will walk around talking about various things, but if you approach them, they will get scared!

1. Added particles for fires
2. Added a entire camping area
3. Revamped entire day/night cycle and day counter
4. Added Birds to the game! (Just as scenery) 
5. Adjusted mesh on certain ground textures
6. Various other tweaks and bug fixes!
